  1. Better analysis here Ed. Make sure you refer to the conventions, ans it would be good if you could finish the bit on representation.

Dark Knight: The Dark Knight has many different representations throughout the film, this film is based around the politics and how the masked Batman saves helpless civilians from the potential dangers.
We first see the upper middle class of people working in a big bank where the first robbery takes place. But when under the pressure of the intimidation of the gun and the clown masks, these people seem helpless as does the representation of the working class of this film. (As batman always has to save them)
Genders seem to play a role in the dividing of the film. All of the main powerful characters of the film are male. The females all seem to be the men’s ‘Bit on the side’. But the females seem to be a sign of their typical wealthy man. Beautiful and wearing hardly any clothes.
We also see the representation of the main character ‘the joker’, we see in insight of what they perceive to their opinion of the character. This gives the audience the direct insight to what this character is all about.
